We're going to the zoo
To see the kangaroo
And the pink Chernobyl bear
With not just one head but two

Elephants we'll see
From far flung Trincomalee
And we're going to be so happy
Just as happy as can be!

Tigers will be there
Baboons with red bums bare
And I hope we'll see a Yeti
That is all covered in hair!

11. Going To The Zoo
(Heikkilä-McGowan) First real Heikkilä-McGowan track for a long time. This was born in a funny way. I made the African sounding background one day with no idea of what comes next, no melody or anything. So I left it there. Next day I found I have a bunch of Davy's unmelodized poems and realized one of them could fit to this. But: if my melodies sometimes fit to Davy's poems, this one fits only technically, not in a sentimental way. The music is far too mystical for the happy lyric. Too bad. But if no one complains, I can live with that. --Jore First real Heikkila-McGowan track for a long time because Jore is a lazy bastard! He even admits he has a 'bunch of unmelodized poems'. No complaints from me about mystical melodies and happy lyrics being mis-matched. --Davy
