(Heikkilä) 'Shrove Tuesday'. I know you English speakers think pancakes when you hear the word 'Shrove Tuesday' but in Finland we are having fun outside and slide downhill on snowy ground. This is a track that has waited maybe the longest time to get into some of the forthcoming boxes. That's why I chose it to be an opening track, I guess. It's an 'Orvot' melody and quite difficult to play. If you are now here, as you probably are, you must have seen on your way here that now we have also an Orvot Sekvenssit site. This track can be found also there on 'Vuosi' album, without any acoustic instruments, of course. -- Jore

A cheerful instrumental to start things off is always a good idea. It's always interesting to me to hear how Jore adds in the acoustic instruments to the Orvot melodies. -- Davy
